2weeks JICA country focused Training course has successfully finished (20th January, 2012)
9 participants from Kosovo came to MINETEC and studied Environmental Managing Process. The training course was short, but we believe it was fruitful, and hope to keep the great relationship for years.

At the final day in JICA Tokyo.
The Ambassador of Republic of Kosovo is also
attended to the ceremony.

27 participants from 20 countries for "Efficient & Environment-Friendly Mining and Recycling for Metal Resources" have well done all of the course including their Action Plans which would be procedued in their countries.
Each of them was given the certificates from JICA and MINETEC.
"Congratulations !"

Today Kosaka Campus is covered by White Snow !
We strongly reccommend Participants coming this winter especially from the Southern Hemisphere where now the weather is going to Summer to bring clothes to keep you warm.

27 Participants from 20 countries left Kosaka last Sunday (Nov. 20th) and now in Tokyo for the last week of the Sustainable Mining Course. National Flags left at the corridor looks like feeling cold.
<Sustainable Mining Course starts(Oct 3rd)>
2 month long Sustainable mining Course has started at Kosaka Campus on Oct. 3rd.
The number of participants are the biggst in the history of MINETEC on this kind courses.
27 participants from 20 countries as shown bellow.
Albania, Angola(2), argentina, Botsuwana,Cambodia, Kazakhstan(2), Laos(2), Malawi(2), Mongolia, Mozambique(2), Namibia, Pakistan(2), Peru, Solomon Is., South Africa, Uzbekistan(2), Vietnam and Zambia.
Kosaka is Autumn season and cooler than usual year so soon leaves of threes become yellow and red.
<Final Stage for Japanese Mining Delopment Course (Sept. 9th)>
The trainees arrived at Vancouver, Canad and started the 2 week canadian course on Monday, Sept. 5th. They were invited to Welcom Party from Canadian Lecturers and Representatives of offices in Vancouver of Japanese companies related to Mining.

3 month Training Course for 29 Japanese started from July 4th finished the training at Kosaka Campus on August 29th and they moved to Tokyo to get the lectures by Dr. Maxwell (Emeritus of the Curtin University of Technology) and other Japanese lecturers for 4 days.
In Tokyo they exchanged information about Mining Business with young students who are interested in Natural Resorce Business on September 1st.
They are going to Canada for 2 weeks for the final stage of this training course.

We suppose you were very concerned about the massive natural hazard that hit North and East of Japan on 11th March, 2011.
